RCI ANGLING CLUB (including Dunham Massey Angling Club) is a medium sized club based in CHESHIRE, RIXTON, CADISHEAD AND IRLAM and is dedicated to non-commercial style fishing on natural waters. We aim to cater for those anglers who want a nice days sport in peaceful surroundings on the kind of waters where we remember catching our first fish.
Dunham Massey Angling Club joined forces with RCI Angling Club, a larger, by numbers, club with more funds available to help our now larger club grow and obtain the fish stocks we would all like, they are very expensive but with the right plans in place we can achieve our goals, 2026 is the start and with your continued support we will achieve these goals.
We enjoy the fishing rights to Heatley Mere in Lymm, Gregson's pool in Irlam and The Old River also in Irlam, Heatley has known carp to 26lb 8oz, Gregson's now has carp to 27lb and the old river with carp to 24lbs and of course Fingerpost pool where you can enjoy a cracking days sport fishing for everything from Roach, Rudd, Perch, Skimmers, Hybrids, Bream, Carp, Tench.
Our Members are dedicated to the club and if you care about fish and the environment you fish in and would like to get involved we would welcome you to join and look forward to hearing from you.
